It assumes some experience in the operation at the middle manage level. However, it requires no knowledge of finance or accounting and is self contained. At the end of 8 modules the learner will be able to optimize profits in his or her respective operation and become an effective member of the senior management team.

    The Operational Managers MasterClass is a course written from the specific perspective of an Operational Manager. For instance, how does a Director of Rooms look at the financial and operating statements, how does he or she interpret them? What are areas which are unique to their Rooms division function ? How does this impact their decisions and so on. These courses run for 4 Modules each.

    These courses are available for the Rooms, Food and Beverage, Banquet/Events, Spa, Health Club functions.
